Notes on Applying for Free Product Trial

Test Period

  • The testing period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you want to extend the trial period, you can contact the account manager 7 days before the expiration or directly apply for an extension in your account center. Once the testing period ends, you can make payment for the product if you are satisfied and wish to keep it, or return it if it is not suitable.
  • If the test period exceeds 30 days without requesting an extension, our company will charge you the corresponding overdue charge

Free Product Trial Cost

  • To obtain a sample, you are required to sign a Product Testing Agreement. (stating product details and price).
  • For certain products, we offer free trial services, and the delivery can be arranged directly after receiving your signed agreement.
  • For non-free deposit products, FS will charge a certain deposit in advance based on the actual order situation. The deposit will be refunded to you upon the product’s return and acceptance within the specified testing period.
  • Courier costs and additional costs in shipping (if not eligible for free shipping) will be borne by you.

Product Return

  • Returned samples must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents, and packaging. If you damage the sample during the testing period, you must pay for the sample.

Material Breach of Agreement

  • The following actions are considered as material breaches of the agreement:
  • Transferring, lending, disassembling, leasing, or donating the sample to a third party.
  • Losing or damaging the sample, resulting in the impairment of its functionality.
  • Disassembling the sample for analysis during the testing period.
  • Samples cannot be returned to FS.COM in their original condition after the testing period exceeds 90 days.

Consequences of Material Breach

    In the event of a material breach:

  • FS.COM will terminate the sample testing service ahead of schedule.
  • You will be required to cease the breach and will be held liable for purchasing the sample.
  • You must make the full payment for the sample, along with any corresponding overdue charges, within 3 days of the notification from FS.COM.

Disclaimer

  • FS.COM shall not be held responsible for any damages caused to your company or any third party during the use of the sample.

Free Email Restrictions

  • This service is exclusively available to corporate users and individual business owners (sole proprietors). When submitting a free product trial, please ensure to provide the company name or individual business owner name, along with the corresponding address, phone number, business license, and other relevant information.
  • Please refrain from using public email domains such as “@yahoo.co.jp,” “@gmail.com,” “@hotmail.com,” etc., for free product trial.

FAQ

Shipping cost is determined by your shipping location, address type, weight/size of parcel, and the delivery option you choose. You will see the exact shipping cost on checkout page.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date and items’ details. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. FS will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding more inconvenience caused to you. Once get approval that damage is caused by shipping, your account manager will guide you how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund. More about return service, you may refer to our Return Policy.
If you find that your parcel is missing, please inform your account manager at the first moment. FS will guide you about the remedy procedures accordingly.
